1. The Firm will be certain of their qualifications to perform any assignment that they accept from a client.
2. The Firm will not seek a client engagement if a conflict of interest is known to exist.
3. The Firm will accept only those assignments that have the potential of providing a genuine benefit to the client.
4. The Firm will have a basic writing to clients in order to set forth the scope of the consulting engagement.
5. The Firm will be truthful and forhtright with clients and will serve said clients with honesty while maintaining an
attitude of objectivity.
6. The Firm will respect all information relating to clients as confidential and will not disclose said information at
any time without the specific consent of the client.
7. The Firm will, at all times, demonstrate throughout their actions the honor and dignity of the consulting profession.
8. The Firm will assign staff to client engagements in accord with their experience, knowledge, and expertise.
9. The Firm will agree independently and in advance on the basis for our fees and expenses that are reasonable, legitimate,
and commensurate with the services we deliver and the responsibility we accept.
10. The Firm will disclose to our clients in advance any fees or commisions that we will receive for equipment, supplies
or services we recommend to our clients.
11. The Firm will not advertise our services in a deceptive manner and will not misrepresent the consulting profesion,
consulting firms, or sole practicioners.
12. The Firm will respect the intellectual property rights of our clients, other consulting firms, and sole practitoners
and will not use proprietary information or methodologies without permission.
13. The Firm will serve our clients with integrity, competence, and trustworthiness.
